It was amazing experience, - free upgrade of the room into 1 bedroom suite, early check-in, complimentary very late check-out, complimentary dinner for 3 people on the arrival day, free cappuccinos all days long in their kitchen area, delicious breakfasts, free Yas Beach club vouchers, easy access to the free shuttle bus to all theme parks which are only 5-8 min away, extremely helpful and friendly professionals on the reception, we could use Crown plaza pool and beach also. We left very happy, thank you!
