Don’t be put off by the pick up with golf cart it’s actually a real bonus because cars can’t come into the area and it’s really quiet. Although the service is slightly slow, the food quality is quite good. Because we had to get up early to climb Mount Batur and missed the dining time, the hotel specially prepared a breakfast box for us. The resort is a little off the beaten track but you can reach the resort on foot or by transfers on golf carts. The Garden Bungalows were lovely and the pool was beautiful. A really relaxing place. Unfortunately we did'nt get chance to try the spa or gym but it all looked nice. We used the restaurant for breakfast which was very good but we dined out in Ubud in the evening. Cannot be accessed by car so there is a drop off point and you are met by a member of staff in a golf buggy that transports you to the hotel - quite quirky, thought it was great. The bathroom is huge and plenty of space for storing bags etc. The pool is great and truly it feels very private. The location is a short taxi from town, but it very much worth it for the serenity.
