This was my second time in stayed Hamptons In Rye Cottage! Location is perfect close to the hot springs and cafe/restaurants. Hosts were friendly to communicate with and check in/check out was seamless. I think I have found my regular accommodation to stay in future when visiting the area. Thank you for a lovely stay

The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and the interior felt like a games room. Playing pool while watching TV was, for us, a lot of fun. We had a slight minor internet issue and it was immediately resolved by James, which was great. We had a great time. More so than we have anywhere else.

Balcombe retreat was perfect! Great location, very clean, cosy bedroom. The place had everything we needed and the hosts have added a lot of extra little details - things you forget when you’re packing. Trudy and Sam are great hosts. My partner and I got engaged during our stay and they even arranged a special breakfast for us - amazing!
