Really great room, comfy bed, hot shower, nice lighting, fast WiFi, really quiet at night (no barking dogs!!) Use of kitchen to store fresh food and cook. Staff were super nice, and patient with me getting in their way while I cooked eggs. Also got some great recommendations for places to visit after I left Panguipulli. The communal living room with fireplace was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the heat and conversation with other guests and the meals were fabulous including locally sourced trout. The rooms were very comfy, quiet and warm. We travelled with three children and they made sure we had interconnecting rooms. The hotel location is fabulous to access Huilo Huilo and Puerto Fuy.
