The room was very well presented, immaculate and Nik was a brilliant, attentive and flexible host. The off road parking was a big bonus and the overall experience exceeded my expectations based on the price I paid. Great work Nik, well done!

A recently renovated property, Cosy Double rooms a stones throw from Wembley Stadium is located in London near Wembley Arena, London Designer Outlet and Wembley Stadium.

Excellent communication from the host, Moeed. Very friendly and prompt response to emails and texts. He sorted our parking straight away giving us peace of mind. Parking was easy and there was plenty available on the street, even right outside the house. We went to a gig at Wembley Arena and the houses location couldn't have been better. It is just away from the main street with restaurants and shops and yet it is a lovely quiet road. We stayed in the small double room overlooking the garden and the bedroom was lovely, light and clean with tea and coffee facilities, kettle and even a mini fridge. The bed was super comfy and it was really quiet overnight. We really had everything we needed. The bathroom was just next door, clean with a lovely hot shower. We will be back!

Host was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Apartment was modern, clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, had everything we needed, quiet and had designated off street parking. Public transport links were good with underground stations at Burnt Oak & Queensbury within a 10-15min walk taking you straight in to central London within half an hour.

The guesthouse is located in a well-lit street, 6minutes walk from Queensbury station (zone 4). Easy access from the north (M1). Safe parking off-street. Room was warm, has good quality bedlinen and towels and complimentary water, tea & coffee provided. The host upgraded us to the double-room with ensuite bathroom at no extra cost as it was available.

It is a quiet location in London with a really nice host and a sweet room. It’s not close to the city centre but very good connected through the metro and various bus lines. Shops, supermarkets etc are close by. I’d definitely would recommend this place. Just that you know, a cat and a dog live there, which was really cute for me but could be a problem for people with allergies. Thanks for having me!
