Tucked away and cozy, this felt like the perfect private hideaway. I loved the bathtub and the yellow wallpaper!

Lovely well appointed hotel - great location especially for walking nearby or venturing to Southwold

Quiet, cosy little "granny flat" in a private garden on a peaceful residential estate. Freshly prepared breakfast in main house by amiable discrete host. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Car parking on property.

We had a lovely stay at The Garden Room. Being in a separate building to the house meant we could come and go without feeling we might be disturbing the hosts, and as result, the room itself was very quiet. Nice view out over the garden and fantastic breakfast each morning - we didn't need lunch! We will return if visiting the area again! Its a10-15 minute walk to good local pub for dinner and well located for visits to the surrounding towns and tourist spots. Parking on their driveway also included.
