Fast check-in. Welcome drink. Clean pool with different depth levels. Tea at 5 o'clock with dessert. Very tasty dinner. Excellent choice for breakfast and it was very tasty. Daily cleaning. Tea, coffee, daily water in glass bottles in the room. Clean bed linen, towels. Good water pressure, cold and hot, in the shower. Everything as described, only better. I would like to thank all the staff, especially Ayu for the wonderful feeling of home, Dewa for the absence of problems, Nengah for the perfectly prepared breakfasts and dinners.

We are two korean women. Ari Cottage Ubud has many good things. These are Nice location, cozy atmosphere and warm-hearterd staffs! But one bad thing was an electic kettle pot looked to be cleaned. Except for this, this hotel was so cool and gave us comfortable staying experience in Ubud. : )

It was like paradise from the beginning. The room, the food, the surroundings…What made it exceptional is the staff, that was excellent and helped to fulfill all our wishes. We would definitely come back.

When we arrived to the hotel they said there was an error in the system and we don’t have an available room. This took them 45 min to find out and we been waiting at the reception. The receptionist was quite rude.

Was absolutly amazing. I highly recommend everyone that come to ubud visit ganesh. Localization just 20 minutes walking. The clean was superb. The staff was so kind and they always care about us. Actually you feel like home in every aspects. This is a great experience when you try a bathroom literaly in the jungle. Good breakfast.

We stayed in the rice fields and the setting of this place is truly spectacular. We experienced a level of peacefulness we didn’t know exists. Everything that is provided is incredible: breakfast; the room; the surrounding area; the pool. There is a local cafe/ restaraunt/ bar that is open all day round and is amazing. We had no scooter or bike and they were incredibly generous with giving us lifts out of the rice fields as and when we needed it… without planning! This represents the level of care and attention the staff pay to making sure you are okay and happy. The wifi went down at 9pm at night on one night and they sorted it within 2 minutes of me messaging. You are not far from Bali and getting a taxi/ scooter is easy and quick. Highly recommend this place to anyone

The villa itself is amazing, but the main asset of it is its people who are running this place. Rita makes the best nasi goreng in the entire ubud. My wife is vegetarian and she was struggling with food in general in Bali, but never had any issues with breakfast. Exceptional service overall and real desire to help.
