IndiaLocation is good and near sea beach however for tourists who are traveling by car to this location - pls be careful and don't blindly go by the location that GPS shows you first without checking the alternate route. There is a big road stretch full of big and razor sharp stones and it's advisable not to take that route. Check alternate route on GPS..there is an alternate route that's pretty smooth and leads right to the property.

After coming from Goa I guess it was understandable. In any case it's worth a day or two if you want a bit of peace and quiet. The ferry boat ride is worthwhile.
