    We decided to stay outside of bigger towns and we loved this place. So much space, especially when you have a room with garden around it. Good breakfast with good coffee and friendly hosts (that can't speak that much English), but alway tried their best to make their guests happy. They gave us very nice tips for things to do in this area. The rooms are clean and have everything you need.

    It was a nice quiet hotel with a beautiful pool. We rented bikes from the hotel to go to the Ultima Spiaggia beach and back (about 10 mins by bike). The breakfast was fine and the dinner was fine too. The staff was helpful.

    Susanna is an excellent host. The little appartment is super clean and has every little thing you can think of that you might need. The little garden is quiet with a nice view of the old tower of Capalbio. We fell in love with the place and will be back next year. Susanna and Lele gave us great tips for beach and restaurants. Mille grazie e a la prossima!!!!

    Lovely location. Quiet and rural, but close to great beaches and archeological sites (Cosa). Nice for several sets of friends or 2 couples with child(ren). Very friendly and helpful hosts. Not sure they speak anything but Italian and Spanish as we never tried anything else. Great Pizzeria Da Gippy only a short drive away at KM 128 of SS1 Aurelia at the IP petrol station direction Grosseto.
