My experience with Le Cupole Design was perfect! I stayed in the King Room which looks exactly like in photos, with a little terrace offering a stunning view! The room is spacious, brand new and super clean. Roberto was extremely kind, always ready to answer the phone - he let us check in late without any issues and also allowed us to leave our luggage in the main hall after check-out. I will definitely be back!

The location of this apartment is very central, close to main tourist attractions in Palermo. Communication with the host was super, very responsive and informative. We did not meet in person, the check-in was done via video call and it went surprizingly smooth. The room was smaller than I expected (note we book a three beds room for three persons) but it was compensated by the provided amennities in the common kitchen area with free fruits, coffee, biscuits and jams.

Very original settings. Good, though not exceptional, breakfast in the small garden. Ideally located in the old center of Palermo, near many of the city highlights. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room very clean and spacious.

My mum and I visited Palermo this week for 5 days, and we can’t fault our stay at all.
The room has been newly refurbished to a high standard, it is very clean, modern and the bed is very comfortable.
It’s in a perfect location directly across the road from the train station and walking distance to everywhere.
We’ve had a fantastic time and really would recommend staying here.
The interaction we did have with the owner was very polite and helpful.
