We only stayed for a night but this Homestay had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and spacious with good views. Shower had better pressure than ours at home! WiFi and aircon worked well. The breakfast comes at a small cost but was plentiful and delicious. Really enjoyed chatting with Jaye, he was a wonderful host. Location was only a 5-10 minute walk to Kandy but we preferred staying away from the noise of the city centre. Highly recommend staying here

The view from the balcony was amazing. Only sounds of the jungle. The staff is so friendly, they will help you with everything you need. We travel with a 1,5 year old girl and she also fell in love with the accommodation.

Our stay in Villa Arunalu was one of pure joy. Its not just an accomodation (fantastic), view from the balcony (stunning), breakfast and dinner (one of the best in the country) - its a whole package including amazing family which runs the place, their obvious passion for what they do, genuine interest in people and sincere desire to help you all the time. We had the most interesting conversations and learned a lot about local medicinal plants. Thank you for the soursop fruit, guys! It was delicios. Keep up with your amazing work! I had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the free refillable water, the lovely pool, and that both the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. There’s also a laundry service available. The location is very quiet and peaceful—just a bit further from the city center, but definitely worth it for the relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend!
