Good value for money, clean room with balcony and cozy blankets. Very responsive and ready to help staff. Tasty food at the property available for a reasonable price. We took kottu (a bit dry though) and omelette for breakfast. Special thanks for hot tea that cold evening...

Providing mountain views, Niwasa House in Hatton provides accommodations and a shared lounge. Guests staying at this guest house have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony.

We got a cute spacious bedroom with large windows (all with curtains) and a small deck overlooking the tea hills, bed and pillows were comfy with cozy blanket. No issues with mosquitoes as long as windows are shut. Bathroom was modern and clean, and it is in a quiet spot. The host even let us keep our bags locked in the room past checkout as we were going to hike and come back that afternoon.

Stunning landscape and beautiful surroundings. Very attentive and friendly staff. Great local food and huge choice of tea specialities in the restaurant. The room was cozy, very clean and blissfully quiet. Private pool was empty but they offered us to fill it up in case we wanted to use it. Plenty of options to see and do things all around the area and tea plantation which can be organised through the hotel manager.

Warm hospitality, wonderful staff, incredibly helpful and professional manager (Mr Sarat), we were pleased to stay there! The place is a hidden treasure - lost among beautiful tea bushes and tropical foliage, quiet and peaceful, so authentic and relaxing. Perfect place for nature and tea lovers - you can enjoy excellent teas, visit an almost 100-hundred year old tea factory (what a smell!), enjoy tea plantation walks and meet manga macaques.

The location is amazing, facing a rapid river in the background, in the middle of the hills. The bungalow is in the middle of the tea plantation. The cook is awesome, and the host, Mr. Yohan, makes everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Very professional. We loved our stay at Tea Cottage, especialy in the superior villa, covered with stones, which makes you feel like ancient time!
