We weren't expecting the breakfast, so it was a lovely surprise. Cereals, fresh fruit and milk. Beautiful location, very quiet. Fabulous decor, homely, and wonderful extra treats, a very special touch.

I had a lovely ensuite room with a conservatory where I could enjoy my morning coffee. The view is out over the sea. There is no road between the property & the sea. There is a good takeaway several hundred metres down the road with a minimart next door.

Just a suggestion not a dislike … possibly could have top sheet on bed instead of just duvet incase it’s too hot to have duvet over you while sleeping but otherwise excellent accommodation

What are the situated perfect from where we were at the sports event so it suited me fine good to get away close to the water after long day sports event me and my daughter were not from Auckland so it's good to sort of be in a home environment there's lovely
