We love the vibe at Maison de Sapa, it’s centrally located and a 10 minutes walk into town. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The lobby is a very cozy place to hang out in the evening. A shoutout to Moon and Nhu, they are very helpful, friendly and always eager to assist. Would definitely recommend Maison de Sapa!

Location is amazing , opposite SAPA Plaza/SAPA Station. The owner is an old couple and was welcoming. She booked the tickets for Fansipan, the cable car, and the train and guided us on how to roam around. The room was cold, but there was hot water in the shower and an electric mattress (I think it's only in the deluxe room). It is one stop shop for Bike rental, Tour booking, Bus or Train booking to Hanoi

This place is cozy, and has a very great mountain view. Aside from that, you don’t just get a good room but a kitchen that you can use in case you decided to cook your own food. The staffs are nice and the responsive to my messages. It is also close to the center, few walks to the Sun Plaza and has a lot of stores around. I have nothing to complain about this place. I got more than what I paid for. I highly recommend it!
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
My younger brother enjoys trekking, so I chose to stay in the Ta Van area. Booking.com recommended Sapa Eco Bungalows & Spa with a good deal on the day I needed to book. The room was decent, and its location, not too close to the city center, provided a quiet and comfortable environment. Once again, I want to express my gratitude to the host for recommending many places to buy Sapa's specialties. The wild boar jerky was truly unique.
very nice hotel, a bit away from the city centre, thus, rather quiet. We had a large room with a great view towards the mountains. Great hospitality, friendly host (using google translate), and a nice small breakfast.
Great place, great location, great price! Helpful hosts, sweet people! Good curtains around beds, lockers, whatever you need! And what a penthouse view upstairs!! Quiet at night! Would come back any time!
I arrived at 4am by bus and was given wifi code in advance so I could Whatsapp call to get in. Worked perfectly! Thanks!!
This hostel is absolutely amazing! There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The heated mattress, tea and kettle in the rooms, shampoo, soap, everything. Great location in the centre so you have everything on hand yet quiet at night. The manager is so welcoming and hospitable. Such a kind person. The laundry smells so nice and takes only few hours to get it done. Absolutely recommend!
Quiet neighbourhood in Sapa. Nice outlook when the clouds clear. The house was spacious more so than the pictures suggest. It's clean comfortable and modern. The host was very accommodating and helpful, we appreciate the hospitality. Easy communication via whatsapp during the stay. It's a couple of km from the city centre which we liked, as the city centre is hectic, but you may need to rely on transport in and out of town centre. Motorbike or taxi etc.
Great location, close to the city center, but quiet.
Extremely helpful owner, arranged for us very early check in and very late check out for free, tickets for Fansipan, motorbike rental, loundry, restaurant recommendation, etc.
The owner and her staff team were absolutely lovely, made it feel like a home away from home! Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and amazing coffee! Staff were so attentive but no overly. Beds firm but comfortable. Great location - on a quieter street so you could sleep well.

Great Hotel and Sapa Experience
Really aptly named - Central and Charming. The hotel is clean, modern and in a great location. Walking distance to major attractions in Sapa. The rooms are quiet and comfortable with everything you need.
The host, Eric, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible in Sapa, using his local knowledge to give good recommendations. He even extended this into the continuation of our travels and helped us in our next destination.
