Excellent base to explore the town and surrounding area with the tram around 500m away. The owners were superb in explaining everything. Breakfast was superb and fresh.

It was clean. Location was okay, accessible by public transport. It was spacious & had a balcony. Quite cozy too!

Breakfast was excellent. As previous visitors we had high expectations and these were entirely met. We thoroughly recommend De Groot Waere.

The flat is situated in a quiet residential street, a 4 minute walk to the beach and 8 minutes to De Panne's main shopping street. It's equipped with a fridge and microwave. And there's a coffee pod machine - God only knows why they're so popular. There is an allocated parking space on site and additional free parking in the street outside. The flat was clean and comfortable. It's certainly on our list of places to return to. There is a bakery 200m away. The opening times plate says that it's closed on Mondays. We weren't there on a Monday so can't verify that but it was also closed on a Tuesday. So beware.
