Wayne was a great host, helpful and so personable. Sugar Patch is very close to the beach and we used one of Wayne's double kayaks for half a day. He also provided us with a ride to catch the bus. A great place!

Great host, our cable wasn't working and Angel tried very hard to fix it. Loved the location of the cabins. Had a power outage one night nothing to do with the hotel. Angel was informative about the situation. We were glad to be on the beach with the breeze.

A great Hostel with bunks, family and individual room. Well known in the area, had all you need for a backpacking/short stay. Very close to all that Hopkins has to offer. As with most hostels, had some great chats with people from around the world.

This is a great hostel, providing great facilities, local knowledge and a travel family vibe at a fair price. Anne, Roy and Lorraine are all lovely and the place attracts a cool kind of traveller. Definitely recommended.
