A little outside of Assomada city center (but an easy enough straightforward walk), Casa Toota offers a nice room with a good (hard) bed, little balcony and cosy common spaces. Along the main road going into Assomada but it's quiet enough at night. Toota herself was ever so kind, accommodating, caring. Can only recommend.

the breakfast was faboulus! A lot of fresh local fruits and drinks. Mamadou our host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot, our daughter (7y) loved it as well.The pool was super nice and the view so beautiful. Everything was very clean.

Location near the beach was great. The bed was equiped with mosquito net (yes, there were mosquitos). Breakfast was good. Beach view from terrace was amazing. Room was equiped with hanger so that I could let dry my washed laundry.
