Friendly welcome, spotlessly clean (I watch 4 in a bed a lot), close to local amenities and a supermarket. Lots of tea and coffee in the room, super comfy bed and a decent shower. I'll definitely be booking here again on my next visit to the area

The host helped me in with my suitcase from my car. The room was clean and the heating was on when I arrived. Late check out free (I slept in 🙈) and didn't feel rushed out. Definitely good value for money
