Clean room with ensuite bath. Good shower. Spectacular sunrise views. Congenial host. The location was very convenient for us. Our niece lives literally across the street. The host graciously offered us homemade cakes his partner baked.

Red House Accomodation Potenza Picena enjoys a location in Potenza Picena, 25 miles from Stazione Ancona and 6.3 miles from Casa Leopardi Museum.

The view from the room was amazing. It’s located right in the center of Potenza Picena. It’s very peaceful and the owner was very nice. Breakfast is not included but we walked 5’ to a coffee place. I highly recommend this place.

    We loved this place! It's what a B&B was born to be, an authentic experience hosted by locals. Daniele and BB were excellent hosts, very friendly, warm and welcoming. We felt at home. The place is incredibly spacious, clean, full of light. Air conditioning is available for hot nights. Walking distance from Recanati old town (less than 5 minutes), which in itself is a little jewel of a town. We loved it so much that we decided to book another night a few weeks later. We couldn't have felt more welcome, and we will certainly be back.
