When we arrived our room wasn't ready but the lovely host upgraded us to a huge apartment and let us in at 9.30am, which was great. We were only there for one night but they gave clear instructions and even gave tips on a few wineries to go visit. First time doing a homestay and they were courteous. Room had a heater that warmed up the room quickly. Also had heated mattress pads (that were a little too hot lol).
