Perfectly clean and comfortable. Parking on site. Treats in kitchen appreciated. Near road but surprisingly quiet. Only down side was a bit of smell from we think the neighbours septics which made sitting outside not that great but can't mark the hosts down on things beyond their control.

    Made us feel like home once we stepped in. Clean, tidy and cosy and amenities were all very comprehensively provided from light cooking to shower to washer to bicycles to explore nearby. Instructions from our lovely hosts were well communicated before our arrival. House was decorated with lovely Glenorchy/NZ-made decor such as cups, wall decor and inspired us to buy them as well at Frank's store nearby! A TRUE BLUE GLENORCHY STAY EXPERIENCE. Parking is available outside the house.
