Very friendly. Comfortable beds, including the pillows. Sky TV. Spa bath. Had use of outdoor pool & sauna spa which we utilised on our stay. Close to Bethlehem Town Centre for any extra supplies or family shopping. Only one thing I did not like and that was low pressure showers, but everything else on our stay made up for that.
