There were many little extras/niceties to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Payment is made through ATX Modern Homestay so keep an eye out for an email a few days ahead of your stay. The host had many helpful recommendations. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the neighborhood but it is about 3 miles to downtown Austin.
