Comfortable bed and room. Clean, good sized shared bathroom with hot water (equivalent to a good campsite bathroom block). Small kitchen with kettle, toaster and microwave, sufficient for breakfast, takeaway and reheating meals. More of a gastropub downstairs than I was expecting.
