Ideal location, everything was a short walk away. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was neat and simple, which was all I really needed. The bed was comfortable enough.

The hosts are incredibly kind and engaged that you will have a comfortable stay. You are even provided with fruits, chocolate, granola bars, water, coffee and tea. The place is in a very beautiful and safe area. You are able to walk towards Neck Point, which is the prettiest place I saw in Nainamo so far. There is a bus stop just in front of the property and also a nice pub, to eat out different daily meals.

Cheap and cheerful hotel but sadly lacking. Aircon in room was like sharing with a jet engine. Breakfast (continental) was in price and really good.

Great location, in a safer part of town. Very close to the ferry, pretty clean and great value for the money. Keycode entry makes checking in and out a breeze Recently renovated and it shows! Without knowing what's on the other side of your door(the roadway), you could think you're in a 4 star hotel! We will definitely choose this motel for our next stay in Nanaimo!
