We travel for a living and use booking.com frequently. Hence, we are genius level 3 members with Booking.com which provides us some perks including discounts. We booked a reservation with booking.com at this place and received the confirmation email wth the accepted dates, price, as usual, However, this establishment, upon arrival, informed us they wouldn't accept the agreed price! What? We even forwarded the accpted and confirmed email to them. Nope. The owner wanted more money. She ignored the previous confirmation. INCREDIBLE. Never has happened before and it shouldn't be allowed to happen again!

good location to travel to the Islas San Bernardo, the boat come yo pick you up in front of the hostel.
Also helpful staff, did a fall before arriving and I was immediately presented an icepack and someone was carrying my luggage, also the next morning.

I really enjoyed my staying and I stayed much more than planned. I really liked the hosts, the hostel, the local culture, the Maestro and the "teacher" spot which is a must visit on weekends
