Very friendly family running the place, but of course Indonesia is the friendliest country I've ever visited. You couldn't get any closer to the airport if you wanted yet you can't hear the planes taking off or landing. It's also in a great location for a budget stay in Bali. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Priliano and Ariel. They have made my trip here more memorable. Reception's available 24/07, check in anytime, even mid night.
