I had high expectations from Zostel Plus Lonavala, but my experience was extremely disappointing.
1. Rooms & Cleanliness: The room was dirty and unkempt, with insects and even a lizard inside. It was clear that housekeeping is not a priority here.
2. Outdoor Seating: The common areas were unhygienic, with dust and unclean seating arrangements. Not at all what you expect from a premium hostel.
3. Staff & Service: The place is severely understaffed, making it difficult to get even basic requests fulfilled. Waiting for assistance felt like a waste of time.
4. Overall Experience: The property looks good in pictures, but the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and maintenance issues make it not worth the price.
Would not recommend unless management seriously improves their service and hygiene standards. Better alternatives are available in Lonavala for the same price!
