We had the most amazing stay at Robinson’s Bungalows and would highly recommend. The beach is beautiful, the food was delicious and the accommodation was well thought through and comfortable! Wish we could have stayed for longer!

Situated in Koh Rong Sanloem, Koalama Cambodia offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from M’Pai Bay Beach and features various facilities, such as a shared lounge and a bar.

Incredible stay ❤️ I couldn’t speak more highly of this new, beautiful gem in MPay Bay. All the details of the newly-built bungalows are so well done, mosquito net, curtains on every window for privacy, the porch to sit and listen to the waves. Staying in the private bungalows meant that we had complete silence and only nature to listen to in the mornings. The common area in the front is great, spacious, books, games and cold draft beer is available, what more do you need really 😊 So happy to have met Fred, he is really welcoming and friendly. Hope to come back to Koalama soon 🤞🏼

Located in Koh Rong Sanloem, Onederz Koh Rong Sanloem offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from Saracen Bay Beach and provides various facilities, such as a garden, a shared lounge and a bar.

I stayed at Onederz Koh Rong Sanloem and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The hostel is situated right on the beachfront of Saracen Bay, offering stunning views and easy access to the sea. The atmosphere is laid-back, making it a perfect spot to unwind and soak in the island vibes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning available during the night, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or arrangements. I appreciated the complimentary boat pickup from the pier, which made arrival hassle-free. The common areas were well-maintained, and there were plenty of spaces to relax, including a beachfront area with comfortable seating. While the food at the on-site restaurant was decent, there are also other dining options nearby if you’re looking to explore. Overall, Onederz offers great value for money and is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay on Koh Rong Sanloem.

Lazy Bones has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Koh Rong Sanloem. The accommodation features evening entertainment and free WiFi.

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms had aircon, but the beds were oddly positioned. They were very close together (my bed was touching another man's bed and sometimes our feet would touch at night. Just weird). Make sure to bring your own toilet paper. The hostel is run by a lovely man and his beautiful family.

CocoHuts has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Koh Rong Sanloem.

Everybody was awesome, the staff give good restaurant recommandation, organise activities, boat tours, Gavin at the reception gave me a little heads up via booking before I arrived for the boat company I had to take to reach Mpai bay without extra costs (buva sea or gtvc). The place is clean, gorgeous and everybody is so helpful and great. I loved my stay there so much I extended 4 more nights. It's also a good place to work if you have some work to be done, it's very chill and quiet during the day.

Set in Koh Rong Sanloem, The Bonsai is 100 metres from M’Pai Bay Beach and offers various facilities, such as a garden, a shared lounge and a bar.

Nice little spot a bit hidden, the village is small so everything is close by. The bed is perfect with individual fan and mosquito net. Good shower and nice place to hang out. They don't do food or drinks but you have nice places to go on the beach just nearby for coffee or breakfast. Great staff with good advice.

I've had a wonderful time at Sara! The bungalow was amazing, I absolutely loved spending time at the day beds and the swimming pool, the food and drinks were great and spending the evenings at the bar was a lot of fun and an easy way to meet new people. Most of all, it were the people working at Sara that made my stay here one I'll never forget. They made me feel very welcome, safe and at home away from home.

The inclusive breakfasts were delicious, with loads of options available. The location was right on the beach with a lovely view. The owner sent lots of useful info before our stay and gave us a very friendly welcome. Cheap laundry service and free kayaks, paddle boards and snorkels available. Having free water refills was great too. Backpacker style accommodation, good for people who like a social bar.

Independently owned unlike other non-Khmer owned, chain hostels on the island. The busier evening bars like Onederz can be accessed easily from here, but it's a lot more budget-friendly. It's not fancy but you get what you pay for, a good nights' sleep!

The Cliff Hostel lives up to its name and more. Both the lodging and bar area sit high up on M'Pai Bay with the common space right on an actual cliff. The setting and nature inspired rustic architecture makes for an extremely cozy place to meet people, have dinner, and watch the sun set. We had a lovely time during our short stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Please note, the private rooms are bare bones. Don't expect AC, warm water, or a sink. This is a true backpacker hostel.
