Beautiful family chalet fully furnished and equipped for a remarkable stay surrounded by nature. On the ground floor: * A firts bedroom with a double bed; * A second bedroom with a single bed. - A bathroom (shower/WC); * A kitchen, fully equipped, including a coffee machine, hob, fridge, dishwasher and oven; * A spacious, bright living-dining room with access to the balcony, perfect for spending time with family and friends. If you fancy a reading break, there are plenty of books available in the chalet. On the 1st floor: * A third bedroom furnished with a queen size bed; * A fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed; * A WC with a washing machine. Outside: * A balcony with a breathtaking view of the natural landscape of Lake Montsalvens and the valley; * A terrace equipped with a dining table, perfect for savouring your home-cooked meals while enjoying the fresh air; * A beautiful garden which will be an ideal place for children to play.

The chalet is located on the top of the small village of Crésuz. There is a restaurant in the center of the village. Supermarkets, many restaurants and the Gruyère baths are located in Charmey, about 7 minutes by car (4km). Bulle is about 15 minutes away by car. To do/see nearby: * Walk at the lake of Montsalvens; * Castle of Gruyères; * Baths of Gruyère; * Fondue train; * Maison Cailler in Broc; * Charmey Aventures (amusement park); * Ski resort of Charmey; * Numerous hikes in the region.
