As per Colombia´s tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodation plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival. Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of USD $35 per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.
