Gerard celebrated an important milestone in 2024: the fiftieth anniversary of his arrival in French Polynesia. This milestone marks the beginning of a lasting love story with these paradise islands of the South Pacific. Although his adventurous spirit pushed him to continue his travels around the world for another decade, he eventually chose to settle permanently on the enchanting island of Bora Bora.
Over the years, Gerard embraced various occupations, adapting to island life and immersing himself in Polynesian culture. Around 2010, he was inspired to open apartments for tourists, sharing his love for his adopted island with visitors from around the world.
What makes Gerard's story particularly touching is his collaboration with Moea. Together, they created a hospitality experience that truly embodies the Polynesian spirit.
