We stayed in a beautiful family room. Bathroom was modern and recently updated. Parking was easy and it was close enough to Hallstatt, just about a 10 minute drive away. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good. It was right next to an amazing bakery we went to each day.

The location is phenomenal with just a minute walk to the ferry terminal. The famous Hallstatt square is right in front of the hotel and the popular Instagram spot is 5 minutes walk for Panasonic view of Hallstatt. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Staff were very courteous.

We rented a suite with a beautiful view of the lake, it was amazing! Our room was stocked with coffee, tea and hot chocolate, it was wonderful to sit on our porch in the morning with a cup of coffee!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My dog was able to join and he is a bit anxious/fearful, which they were mindful of. Breakfast was tasty with bread, cheese, meats, and fruits, plus made-to-order options and coffee. Beautiful, calm area - all you can hear at night is the river, despite being next to the road.
