Great location. Unfortunately with the works being undertaken in Swanston Street (the Met/Subway) very noisy. Otherwise, the view overlooking the Athenaeum and the beautiful tree lined street was lovely. If you're after designer shops: Collins Street is lined with all the top designers.

The location was quiet and calm surrounded by beautiful trees. The space is private and cozy. There were lovely touches, like fresh flowers, fresh firewood set up for a fire in the little fireplace, and plenty of fruit, eggs, breakfast meats, milk, juice, fresh ground coffee, and tea options for breakfast. The staff were friendly and responsive. The location is good for a quick walk into town for shopping and food as well as to get to spaces to walk in nature. I could not recommend this place enough!
