This historic property was built in 1906 and has been refurbished to highlight the original fireplaces and stained glass windows.

This is the best ever hotel I’ve ever experienced. Even better experience than any Luxury hotel! The owner has such good taste of art. Deeply love all the furnitures and art works! All staffs are so friendly and caring!

Located a short walk from the attractions of Salamanca Place, Salamanca Inn offers self-catering accommodations, an indoor rooftop pool and spa pool. Salamanca Market is less than 5 minutes’ walk.

Location was very good and close to restaurants, bars and wharfs etc. Hotel was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Bed was good and amenities were good also.

The panoramic view of the house was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and we will miss the beautiful view of the beach and Mount Wellington. Ken was an excellent host, he very helpful and accommodating. I will highly recommend this property and looking forward to stay here again in our next visit. :)

    We were allocated a suite with one extremely huge lounge room! It was quite unexpected and a fun surprise! Very useful to have the space, the laundry and kitchenette. We were within walking distance to everything, which made the whole time in Hobart with friends relaxed and convenient. Great place to rest and reset, as it was quiet and dark. View of the Mason building next door and the laneway between was different! Bed was so comfortable and warm with the extra blanket provided.

    Check in was easy. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Both bathrooms had large showers and were spacious. The main bedroom was very large and lots of room in the central lounge/kitchen area. Extra touches such as lots of towels, toiletries, pods for the expresso machine etc which was very appreciated. Great position, a short walk to wherever you want to go in central Hobart. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

    Fantastic location in Battery Point. 5 min walk to Salamanca place. Many little restaruants and cafes within 100m. Dozens more within a 15 min walk. Two bedrooms (one Queen bed in the lounge area) with a separating large bathroom. Comfortable with small fridge and tea/coffee/microwave. AC. Spacious. Quiet. Good wifi. I would stay here again. Fast and helpful communication from the host.

    Nina is such a lovely host and looked after us very well. The room was beautiful, comfortable and large. The bathroom was spacious and had a nice jacuzzi spa which we relaxed in a couple of times. The complimentary breakfast was lovely, and Nina made delicious home made bread and also a different treat each day. The breakfast parlour room is beautiful and I loved the fancy table set up. The property location was right in the heart of Hobart so very convenient. We also appreciated the late checkout. We would stay again, thanks Nina!
