Great site and would thoroughly recommend.
Communication from the host was clear and the house was well equipped for a travelling family with all the necessary touches - toiletries, linen, towels, etc. Amble space, indoor and out, that denied cabin fever with spacious rooms for all. Scenic countryside views from all living areas and the livestock was a welcome and calming sight for the kids. Nice and quiet area with no traffic to speak of and easy access to the highway north or south.
Other comments regards excessive rules are unjust with guest expectations comparable to every other house or hotel I've stayed at.
Would absolutely stay here again.
Stepping into a hot tub and relaxing in its warm water is bliss. If you opt for a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you like – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer guests private hot tubs, while others have a shared jacuzzi that’s usually part of a wellness spa.
Location for Utas football oval was great. Family room was huge with 2x double and single bed, dining table, large bathroom with spa, leather lounge and 65" tv.
What a fantastic hotel and a great location in Launie.
The hotel room was very clean spacious, with beautiful decor - fixtures and fittings. All modern and quite sleek - so much more than we were expecting. Especially the bathroom!
Was very comfortable and again modern, features like the TV and channels etc. were fantastic to relax.
Appreciated that during our stay there was availability to park on-site too.
Loved the location. Comfortable unit - very spacious, comfortable beds & lounge. The bathtub was muchly appreciated - thank you. A full kitchen. We appreciated the circuit issue with had with the fridge and the bedside lamps being corrected pronto. They went over and above what I expected. The hosts communication was open and with quick responses. The disabled bathroom was awesome - very roomy and easy to get around with wheelie walker. The outdoor sunroom, was a pleasant surprise.
Beautiful historic house with tastefully decorated and luxurious rooms. Wonderful views from balcony. Spa bath. Selection of books and DVDs. Gorgeous lounge / dining room with generous breakfast provided. Very quiet, private and comfortable. Easy check in. Close to all Launceston attractions. Hosts have put a lot of thought into the guest experience.
The room was very clean, tidy and spacious with a desk and comfortable lounge chair. The bathroom had a good range of toiletries and a big open shower. Tea and coffee facilities (including milk) were available and bottled water provided.
The location is excellent as it is close to the city centre and bars and restaurants. The city park, a popular tourist attraction is directly opposite the hotel. Saturday farmers' markets are held in a carpark adjacent to the hotel - which was really convenient.
Excellent property. Very clean. Spacious. Very well furnished. Great lounge, bedrooms, toilet/ bathroom. Very modern kitchen.
Will definitely rebook this property if visiting.
Clean, comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated.
Great breakfast basket and welcome goodies.
Loved the bathroom with freestanding bath as well as spacious shower.
Appreciated the choice of perfumed bath salts or bubble bath.
Easy self check in
Felt spacious and very private. The location was amazing. Layout of the room was particularly good. Seperate space for suitcases etc. roomy bathroom. Huge tv with suitable screening apps. Lovely relaxing, lounging foyer. Short walk to everything.
Beautiful large spacious rooms, everything you need, beautiful little touches to the room, such as bath salts and bubble bath, welcome gift. Beautiful building and grounds. Thank you for a lovely stay!
