The junior suite was extremely comfortable, with a separate private lounge providing a perfect place to sit and relax. Lovely gardens, surround a beautiful old house. John, the owner, is incredibly attentive, friendly, and full of knowledge about the surrounding area. The Thatched Cottage was very cute, our room was in the attic and called Lord Earl Grey. We had a lot of space and a bath. The bed was very comfortable and as I am tall it did not have any form of footer which was great. The breakfast in the attached tearoom was very nice and the staff were helpful. I would recommend the hotel. It's location is next to about 5 pubs and other restaurants. We had a meal at the recommended Thai restaurant which was a 2 minute walk away. It was very good.

Very spacious accomodation comprising bedroom, bathroom and lounge in a large house situated in a quiet private road on the edge of Brockenhurst. Breakfast served in a dining room full of antiques. Excellent selection of fresh fruit with natural yogurt and granola followed by cooked food served in a silver platter!

Lovely romantic getaway in a beautiful property - rooms were incredible and spacious with lovely views of the countryside. There were so many locations accross the property to sit and relax or enjoy a drink. The staff could not have been more accommodating and the spa facilities were incredible. I didn’t want to leave after this stay!! Not to mention the breakfast menu was lovely with a delicious vegan breakfast!

The hotel is located close to the CBD and a short walk from the railway station. The room was clean and spacious, with access through an external courtyard. The bed was comfy and there was a lounge and desk. The shower was good, although you had to climb into a bath to use it.

All The staff from front of house, restaurant to house keeping were really friendly, welcoming and willing to help. This hotel is not huge which is great. Although at full capacity it was quiet. Beds were really comfortable along with beautiful crispy clean bedding. The Spa area was lovely and relaxing, with the hot tub actually being amazingly HOT. I also had a couple of treatments in the Spa, wow, they were amazing thank you ladies.
