Did you enjoy the breakfast? There was no breakfast, in fact there was really very little. Locating the property was our first challenge, given that there were NO names on the streets, NO numbers on the building, and only a 8 x 11 sheet telling us that we were in the correct place. No notification that this was a 4th floor walk up. True we eventually got a email with more information but without the internet connection, this email was of no value. The room was clean and comfortable; but with no air conditioning, no place in the shower for soap, no face tissues or WiFi service, we were at a loss.

Appartamento con giardino is a recently renovated vacation home in Civitavecchia where guests can make the most of the open-air bath and garden.

Our car was broken, so we booked closest guesthouse 40 m². All was perfect. In reality: “Appartamento con giardino” + “Guest house garden Civitavecchia” = same place (40 m² both in total). All good - we did not need much, even half (20 m²) was perfect! We were even ready to pay more as came with two children without booking.

A good location for a stress-free getaway in Santa Marinella, Villino Emanuele is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the city.

The breakfast was amazing. Much more than I expected. And the host Massimiliano was extra nice. I was very happy with my stay there.

    Everything was well organized and vey though out, it was very close to the train which served us well but could be rough for light sleepers. The building is rustic and we had dreamy wood beams with a sea view.

    The cleanest apartment you will ever stay in. The bedrooms were big, bathroom was spacious and there were great kitchen facilities. It was so good to have a lounge and dining room to relax in and the balcony views were incredible. Location is close to the port and close to restaurants and supermarkets.

    Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Extra pillows which l appreciated . Bathroom with shower was basic but clean. Overall staff were friendly and we would book again as very good for location to port for cruise ships.

    Lovely apartment on the top floor of the building with an elevator. Check-in was easy with a code. We loved the spacious terrace with table, chairs and chaise lounge where we could relax and enjoy our meals outside.

    Piera was very welcoming and informative. The apartment was very well presented, comfortable bed, spacious bedroom and had a roomy bathroom and well equipped kitchenette. There is a also a lift. A very quiet area at night. Very handy position near all your needs like cafes, restaurants, banks and cruise ship transfers from the station. We were able to leave our luggage for a while after checking out before boarding our cruise ship.

    we were picked up by the very friendly owner from the station. The room and bathroom is very modern and clean. We were shown how to work everything and the biggest surprise was the kitchen fully loaded with anything you could possibly need. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. as the sign says - less house more home. we certainly felt comfortable and relaxed. now we are getting a lift from the owner to the cruise port. 20 out of 10. highly recommend.

    The area was very quiet and picturesque. You can safely park your car near the house. Unlike the main streets, there is enough space here. By the way, the owners were very sociable and courteous. The house is very beautiful and modern. Large rooms, spacious bathroom. Everywhere is very clean and tidy.
