My spouse and I really liked the aesthetics of the place... right from when we entered into the building all the way up the stairs to the room. The owner has taste and we loved the harmony of colors and accessories put around the place to make the place look more like home. We were on the 1st floor and didn't need the elevator, but it was good to know they had installed an elevator to reach upper floors... and it's the first time I was seeing an elevator in Italy where the door auto opens and closes. The place was quite spacious and was in a nice neighborhood. We walked easily to all the tourist sites. Tiziana was very friendly and quite responsive. Compared to many other places we stayed in Italy, the shower stall in this unit was quite spacious. There was a washing machine downstairs in a separate room which makes it easy for anyone on a longer stay.

they claim to be a 4 star hotel, but they are not even 2 star. the shower doesn't have a hand gun. Which hotel has showers like that. the carpets in the room and in the corridors are so dirty and everywhere in the hotel, there is amoke smell. The air conditioners didn't work at all. We're sweating through the night.. Had to open the windows for breeze eventually. It was a difficult stay. The only good part was breakfast, but with a grumpy waitress

Was nicely renovated with Italian charm. Just far enough from town to feel relaxing and secluded, but in a short taxi drive to town/the train station. LOVED the spa, the onsite restaurant and the staff - Andrea and his team were incredibly kind and quick to respond.
