Bikes were available both electric and regular. La Couarde is a good midway point for daily biking on safe bike routes. Florence and Rémy were the BEST hosts: inviting, helpful with daily excursion suggestions that we followed. We felt so welcomed.

It also had a great location, right near wonderful beaches and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. They offered a welcome package in the house, which we found quite thoughtful.
