Overlooking the bay and Darwin Wharf is the impressive parliament house. This building is worth a visit more than once. On hot days it is often the coolest place in town and has a cafe with outdoor seating with the best view in Darwin.

An interesting spot to walk around especially if you're interested in the history of the bombing of Darwin. We did a Gaze and Graze sunset cruise which was excellent value for money, very enjoyable and relaxing.

This is a great place to go particularly for the dining experiences there. But it's good to just walk around. There is a very popular seafood restaurant but haven't yet been there! It's atmosphere plus. It's just a short distance out of the CBD so not too far to travel.

This is an area that caters for all age groups. Beautiful restaurants and cafes as well as ice cream shops and a small supermarket. It's an ideal place for community events as there is a lot of space. There is a wave pool as well as a croc free beach.

Love walking around - great eateries - lots choice food - plenty of lovely areas to sit and have an evening wine or beer. Family orientated too. Great grassy areas under trees. Quite often live entertainment during day. Also great for runners - walkers plenty to see and beautifully maintained gardens trees. See a lot of activity on water boats etc.
