Our biggest dislike was that only one elevator went down into the parkade, so sometimes you were waiting 15 minutes for that exact elevator to finally be free to use

The location was great, and the staff was OK- I had to insist on room far from elevator. Only one elevator working

Very clean hotel and pool. Stayed in a king suite which was very large and bright. Underground parking was a bonus! Friendly staff Not the best neighborhood however the hotel felt very secure. Warm pool and hot tub was actually hot! My son loved the waterslide Breakfast was pretty decent as well!
