Absolutely loved staying in this gem of a hotel! Safe and central location with some lovely restaurants nearby. The building is older and very beautiful so there are wooden floorboards from which you may hear some light steps but I popped earplugs in to sleep and had the most amazing and peaceful rest as the curtains were 100% blackout. I opted to book breakfast and it was a huge and delicious array, prepared fresh at the time of your choosing. However the standout was the service. From pre arrival comms to liaising with the wonderful Mayra during my stay for whom nothing was too hard to arrange and just a pleasure to chat with. Following a lot of trekking she even recommended a massage nearby which was one of the best I’ve ever had! I won’t hesitate to stay here upon return to Santiago.

The girls on reception were extraordinarily helpful. They could not speak English but were very talented with google translate. They provided excellent advice on where to go, where to eat, areas where one should be cautious, and how to use public transport (which is quite safe and easy). They organised pickup for us at the airport and this made getting to the hotel very easy. Price was good. The hotel is located at the end of a gated cul de sac that is lined with lovely stone statues. The hotel area was quiet and felt very safe. The rooms are a good size. Breakfast was more than we could eat, including eggs, toast, cold cuts, cereal, sweet cake, yoghurt. There is a panderia next to the gate that makes excellent empanadas. Great place to grab lunch.

Where does one start? Pros: From the moment we arrived the attention to client was wonderful. We were met at the concierge desk and upon a quick check in we were off to our room. The room was a good size for our final night stay in Chile. The bathroom was quite large with a separate toilet and shower which one does appreciate. The staff were so lovely to leave us a bottle of champagne and note which we didn't expect and truly appreciated. We had dinner downstairs and Angela (from Peru I believe) was just the most delightful young lady. Service was spot on (I work in events/catering so I am always looking for the standouts) and the food was excellent. Compliments to chef and back of house. I made the mistake of not booking two full nights since our flight out was very late the next day. The staff extended our checkout and made every accommodation for us during the day. "You are our guest until we send you off to the airport" was what we were told and it was true. We had a few hours in the spa (ask for Isla) and ended up on the rooftop for a late lunch, taking in the sun and surrounding area of Lastarria. Took a lovely walk about the park and then the concierge Martin, found us a private car after our original driver had a mix up last minute. We would very much tell anyone going to Santiago to stay here. The staff are wonderful and patient with our poor Spanish. Have dinner here and definitely do a spa treatment but make sure to schedule ahead of time. Also if you have a long wait for an evening departure (US and Europe) add that extra stay on to relax in your room. Take time to walk about they have amazing Art Nouveau/Deco buildings*

Ideally situated in Santiago, BHB Hotel Boutique features a continental breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property.

Our group like everything here in BHB. newly renovated, cozy, modern, clean and king size bed. Big window which you can see the park. BHB even supplied fruit, free luggage storage and staff can speak English very well. BHB has nice working elevator so that you can easily reach the third floor. Passcode door lock system make us feel very safe. We strongly recommend this place.
