Located in the centre of Prague, this historical building features a uniquely decorated lobby dating back from the early 20th century. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel.

I think this is the best value-for-money hotel in the area. It's both quiet and very centrally located, and the rooms are spotless. We stayed as three people; the room was a bit small but very clean, and they cleaned it every day along with offering complimentary cookies. You can have breakfast at the hotel café until 4:00 PM, which is a great plus. Their menu and presentation are excellent. A small note for those who may have difficulty walking: there is no elevator, but you only need to go up a maximum of two floors. Many thanks to Roman at the reception and to all the staff at the café. I definitely recommend this place!

Grand architecture, the beautiful Charles Bridge, the Voltava River (day and night cruises possible), the towers with stunning views of the city, music is everywhere - from street musicians and groups, to classical and other concerts, plays, museums, Bethlehem Chapel (on the site where Jan Hus preached), other magnificent church structures and Jewish temples, restaurants, the 'Lover's gate' where you can put a lock with the names of you and your spouse or significant other and throw away the key, the Lennon wall (John, not Lenin). Prague has been called 'the poor man's Paris', though I suspect it's not so cheap for the poor anymore, but certainly for middle-class, it's a great romantic getaway.
