Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was really nice. Didn't use restaurant in evening as we ate out when sightseeing. Balcony didn't have a great view but would still be nice to sit out on when the weather is warmer.

Lovely helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room. It is situated away from the city center, but we preferred this. The trams are brilliant (and free for 65 years old and over), so it's easy to get anywhere.

The modern facilities in terms of accessing the building, contactless entrance, check in procedure in late hours and exceptional support via online channels as in person, too.
Cosy furnitures/decoration, clean (very) and exceptional soundproofing effort. Mattresses wasn't very fluffy, more of a medium feeling, huge comfy pillows and stuff.
The location absolutely fantastic 3-4min from I.P. Pavlova metro entrance or directly opposite to the metro elevator. Walkable distance to the National Museum (about 10-15 mins).
Breakfast is decent, reasonable variety and I felt satiated easily (yes, for breakfast).
I would definitely go back to them and fully recommend this hotel. Excellent value for money.

Premium location (10min by foot or 1 metro station to city centre).
Good breakfast, kind staff, room big enough for 2 people.
Interior is a little worn down and the mattress is in dire need of replacement but the price is right!
