Located in Rome, a short walk from Palazzo Venezia, Otivm Hotel features concierge service, a 24-hour desk and free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can also relax on the terrace.

The staff is amazing, especially the manager, perhaps he is the owner, didn’t catch his name. They help you find great places to eat, walking directions around the city to the sites and will book excursions for you. The breakfast was good, more than just a typical American continental breakfast. The coffee is VERY good.

It’s one of the best house we have been in Italy! Very convenient location, walking distances: 5 min to Trastevere train station, 30min to Circus Maximus, 40min to tourist city center. Comfortable bed & spacious bathroom, everything was perfect. Mattia and Elvira are so kind and responsible! Thanks for great hospitality!!!

Our 6 night stay at Sarah and Stefano’s apartment was excellent. Their place is clean and well looked after and Sarah is quick to respond to questions. It’s in a great location, close enough to walk to sites but also on a quiet street with trees around. There is a small fresh produce market across the street and short walk to the Circus Maximus and Baths of Caracalla.
