Everything was top notch, from the staff, the check-in process, the family room, the amenities, facilities and the super close location to Ikebukuro station. It was slightly pricey, but when I finally arrived at the hotel, I understand it's value. I would have truly loved to stay more days if I could, cos it totally exceeded my expectations.

The property was in an ideal location and exactly what we needed for 1 overnight stay. The staff were excellent - I was coughing during the night and the manager brought a painkiller and some throat lozenges to me. Very kind and great hospitality!

Clean, typical size room with all basic amenities you need. There wasn't an iron in the room, however. You can hardly hear the train station, so the other reviews mentioning loud sounds must have sensitive hearing. The hotel itself is highly accessible to train and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.
