Great location, staff friendly. Priced very expensive for rooms that are comparable to a hostel. My wife and I were unable to access both our luggage at the same time due to how tight the rooms were. We were constantly having to climb over each other to move around the room. If you don’t book the biggest room they have for you and your significant other, do not stay here. There is no refund, we ultimately abandoned our room and booked into the nearby Keisei Richmond hotel.

I usually stay in Ikebukuro when I come to Japan, but the place I normally stay at was full.
I was shown this place for a reasonable and fair price on booking.com. Everything is mostly shared, it's got a washer, dryer, shared bathrooms, two showers, AC units, and even wifi. I booked the smallest possible room, and it is small, but you get what you pay for, and I honestly didn't mind. There's a small TV, a foldable table, a small mirror, and a little dresser to place your belongings when it gets backed up. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything going on, but if that doesn't bother you, then this could be your next place to stay. If it does bother you, they do offer free earplugs upon arrival. Another very small thing too is that the wifi can be inconsistent at times, and when you shower, you have to constantly turn the shower off as there is a limit. I personally didn't mind since I had a pocket wifi and I try and limit my water usage, but just a small little thing to consider.
The staff was also very accommodating, spoke very good English, and they even accepted packages when I ordered mail. It's got a computer, a fairly spacious recreational area, and I met some pretty friendly people during my 2-3 week stay in this hotel. Something that I do appreciate is that they give you a passcode outside of business hours so that you can stay out late and go out unlike some places with strict curfews.
I'd recommend this for budget travelers who don't mind sharing bathrooms and showers with other travelers.
Thanks again for making my stay so memorable. I definitely would like to book with you guys again.

A very affordable place in one of the most exciting cities in the world! Don't miss the private bath! The hotel offers everything you need.
The rooms are small and quite often, strangely, occupied by middle-aged men... Also, the area in Tokyo is probably not the best neighborhood. Nothing like in American cities, but you'll see homeless and very poor people, and it is actually quite dirty.
Bathrooms were clean, rooms not so much. The staff were hit or miss, some amazing, others a little odd.
Unfortunately, I only ate once in the restaurant next door, but it was amazing! Don't miss to try at least once!
I wish they wouldn't have charged me for storing luggage after I stayed for a week, but not a big deal.
Bus to Ueno & Asakusa directly from the front door. Very convenient.

The Location during our check-in it hard to fine. Because the address when we arrived there are many houses in the same address. But when we call the host of that airbnb were happy that she answer our call immediately and we found it.
