Nice, clean hotel close to Nippori train station so convenient for an over night stay after arriving from overseas. We also enjoyed a very nice breakfast that lots of options.

Open from August 2017, Guest House Wagokoro offers a modern Japanese-style accommodation an 8-minute stroll away from JR Nippori Station. Each room comes with an en suite bathroom and toilet.

First the location. It’s 10min walk from Nippori station which is a JR station and directly linked to the Yamanote Line (the loop line in Tokyo with which you can stop at most of tourists attraction). There are also many restaurants around the hotel that are worth to try and a very good bakery! (Not very Japanese but worth the try!). There are many facilities around the hotel too (coin laundry, konbini) and the neighborhood is very calm and has a traditional atmosphere with Yanaka district near by. Second, the hotel in itself. A big room for Japanese hotel, comfortable and well organized with the hotel necessities. A shared living room with a Japanese traditional style (tatami but also benches) very cozy and convenient (drinks, tableware, kitchen needs… provided) where you can meet other guests and have a little chat and there is a smoking area. Finally, the staff who was absolutely amazing and adorable!!! Not a standard Japanese hospitality (which can be seen a bit distant) but a very friendly staff with super good advices!! Thanks to them we had a blast in Tokyo! We will definitely come back if we need to go to Tokyo again and we recommend it 100%!

The place was so incredibly clean, and made up beautifully. The cleaning staff were outstanding. Great location

    Great location for traveller's to or from Narita Airport. This was our first top and only having to take the one train direct from Narita makes it so convenient. Jist a short walk from Nippori station. The staff are so helpful and lovely. We got a room with a great view too.

    Really love the apartment. Very spacious for 4 of us. Very clean and owner really basically provides almost evening things for you…some snacks, bottle water/drink. Instructions are all clear. Good communication. Though no lift but the stairs are just one flight of steps actually. Just right beside (1-2 min walk) from Komagome station (Yamanote Line) and a few min train ride from Nippori station for Skyliner (Narita). Quiet neighbourhood, so we slept well. Coming back again!

    The hotel is in a great location close to the Nippori station. The romms are - as often in Japan - pretty small, but there is space under the bed to hidw the suitcases. The staff was very friendly at all times.
