The views from the rooms are spectacular and you are in the middle of everything if you like to be surrounded by neon lights. The area is very crowded and loud, so if that's what you are aiming for this is the place to be. The beds are super comfy and the breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious.

Two tiny UHL milks in the room, but a Nespresso machine. 1 English breakfast bag, It was a double room, I did tell reception and went to the cafe the second day and asked for some fresh milk to take to my room and they obliged. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, such tiny pots of Bircher muesli and yoghurt, a fruit salad would have been nice or some bananas but the French omelette they made made was very nice, not work $40 odd Aust though overall, but I just went as it was convenient. Overall I don’t think the hotel warranted the cost the one I stayed in Kobe where I had a bigger room with a view was a third of the price! I didn’t like Tokyo much, it was too big, too much traffic and I realised I am not a bit city person any more. I can’t want to get back to my quiet country town in NSW which lots of Fresh air. The pollution in big cities like this upsets my sinuses. I did visit some lovely gardens in other places which were not crowded and found the people very polite and I always felt safe walking around.

    Very convenient, modern hotel 2 minutes from Shinjuku station. We arrived late at night and it was difficult to locate the entrance to hotel or where the intercom was to speak to night staff to let us in. Room was great size on 15th floor and was clean and well arranged.

    Very clean, well run hostel. Nothing too fancy but has everything you need. I was too busy to use many amenities but it seemed well equipped. It's very close to Shinjuku station which is one of the most well connected stations. I found the location very convenient.

    Wonderful little hotel minutes away from Shinjuku Station. It's a bit on the older side but it's still in really good condition. I read a lot of negative reviews regarding the small size of the rooms... but it's Tokyo, expect everything to be small! The staff were lovely. Upon check out we were also able to leave our bags behind the front desk for the whole day. The only negative thing is the price. It was a bit hefty, but considering we went during Cherry Blossom season it seems nothing was cheaper than what we got.

    We ended our travels in Japan at this hotel, with a gorgeous view over the flowering Sakura in Gyoen Park. Ideally located right near the Shinjuku station, with a very spacious room and a lovely breakfast buffet, I’d stay here again and recommend it highly.

    Its classy japanese. I loved it. The hotel is not the newest, but I liked it. Originally I think designed for japanese customers. 24h reception. Quiet and in a busteling area. 1station from Shinjuku. Be aware, to navigate in Shinjuku station can be a challange. Too big, too many entries and exists.
